SMC Optical Cable Transfer Cabinet Outdoor With Splicing Distribution Module

Application:
GXF(04) series are mainly used for outdoor cable connection, distribution and scheduling.
 
 
Feature:

1. Integrated Splicing & Distribution Module set the adaptors installation, optic fiber splicing and distribution into one piece.
2. Adaptor installation is snap on style, which suits FC, ST, SC etc.
3. 30°obliquity of adaptor installation ensures fiber pigtail bending radius. Perfect horizontal and vertical winding rings make the fiber distribution tidy and protected;
4. The bottom end is assembled with spared splice tray, for the direct fusion and connection of optical trunk cables and distribution cables.
5. Every side of the cabinet can bear a vertical pressure of 980N, and over 200N for the outer edge of the door when the door is opened.

• The insertion loss for the connectors ≤0.2dB
• Return loss: APC adaper≥60dB；UPC adapter ≥50dB；PC adapter ≥40dB
• The insulation resistance between the grounding device and the metal accessories in the cabinet ≥2×10⁴MΩ, and the test electrical quality is 500V DC
• Temperature performance: place it in the (-55℃～55℃)±2℃ environment about 16 hours, the performance will not be effected after 1 hours resuming in normal temperature.
• Withstand voltage: the working withstand voltage between the grounding device and the cabinet ＞3000V(D.C), no breakdown and flashover in 1 minute.
• Thermal performance: the box is made of special material with superior heat insulation performance.
• Sealing performance: dustproof, superior GB4208/1P53 requirements.
• Waterproofing: the water droplets will not enter in the box after being caught in the rain in 15 minutes with 80Kpa pressure
• Cabinet static load capacity:  Shell cover ≥1000N,   Lateral surface ≥500,  Door hinge ≥300N
• Anti-shock capability: using the impact test bed, in the X,Y,Z three axis to impose six each, the peak acceleration is 300m/ S² ,duration 6ms of the impact, without any damage and injuries.
• Seal of life: more than 10 years
• Fiber bending radius: No matter where they turn, the radius of curvature of the fiber > 40mm when they are coiled in the box.
